Ground Floor

Lounge:
The focal point of the lounge is a traditional style inglenook fireplace with a multi fuel-burning stove. The room is tastefully furnished with a pair of sofas and a traditional wing style chairs. A television, wide selection of videos and a CD player are also available.

Dining Room:
Accessed directly off the lounge this room is furnished with a traditional pine sideboard wall rack and a dining suite which seats six. There is a farmhouse style door which gives access to the garden.

Bay Window/Conservatory:
The Southern wall of the lounge is almost entirely given over to a 4m wide double glazed oak bay window. Fitted with a window seat this is a marvellous place to sit and look out across the garden and valley beyond.

Kitchen:
This generously sized kitchen which has views of Loughrigg Fell is fitted with new cottage style units and now integrated appliances, including fridge freezer, oven, ceramic hob hob and extractor unit. The kitchen also boasts a new washing machine, breadmaker, microwave, toaster, kettle and food mixer. There are ample cooking utensils and crockery.

Bedroom 3:
This bedroom hosts a double bed and an antique chest of drawers and is carpeted.

WC:
A WC and wash hand basin is available on the ground floor.

First Floor


Bedroom 1:
This double bedroom is furnished with bed, chair, dresser and fitted wardrobes. The room is fully carpeted. A pair of oak French doors gives access on to a South facing balcony. There is an ensuite bathroom accessed from the bedroom which is half tiled and contains a white WC, WHB and shower cubicle with power shower. Both the ensuite and the bedroom are naturally lit with Velux windows.

Bathroom:
This room is half tiled and contains a white WC, WHB and shower cubicle with power shower. It is accessed off the landing and can be used by any of the bedrooms.The bedroom is naturally lit by way of a Velux window.

Bedroom 2:
This twin bedroom is furnished with two single pine beds, chair and dresser. The room is fully carpeted. The family bathroom is adjacent to this room. A window to the North side allows views over Loughrigg Fell whilst Velux windows allow ample natural light.
