The property has an oil fired central heating system with radiators in every room. No charge is made for the use of oil and electricity.

Ellers Cottage can accommodate 2-6 people comfortably. For comfort safety and respect please do not exceed this number.

A deposit of 20% is required when booking. The balance is due 28 days before the date the rental commences.

The cottage is let on the understanding that visitors will leave it in a condition that they would like to find it in. Cleaning utensils are left for the tenants use.

We do not permit dogs or smokers. Please do not ask us to forgo this rule.
